Thank you Marius! It's so important with this daily routine or a routine at all. Many people can't stand the part of having a routine to follow. Even so they have some kind of s subconscious routine anyway. They either lay in bad to long or never eat breakfast. How ever you want to see it, everything we do in life is some kind of routine. So why don't be in charge of it? Hope this get you on the right track everyday, at least try it out for a a week or two.

Awesome post Thomas!

This is one of the things I've been struggling with as well, and when you manage to get your day off on the right foot, it's a whole different ball game.

You feel successful all throughout the day and you feel that nothing can stop you when you do a routine like this. It's like "Bring in on, world! I can handle everything!" and it's a fantastic feeling!

Great stuff!
